CANCELLATION POLICY
Out of respect for my time and all of my beautiful clients, I have a few policies in place to keep everything running smoothly 🤍 • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment (this will go toward your total on the day of your service) • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules • Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit • I charge a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. • No-shows will require full payment before booking again • A 15-minute grace period is allowed—after that, your appointment may need to be rescheduled Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time as I do my best to serve you with care 🩷
